TITLE:
GO Onward Group Facilitator (Clinical Lead)
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Must be a Master’s level clinician able to lead one or more groups for GO Onward girls, from 20 to 30 hours per month. Hours worked
will depend on extent of group leadership duties, plus needs of individual
group members for case coordination.
Groups will meet weekly; once a month the group
session may extend beyond 1.5 hours in order to accommodate an outing
or special guest.
Lead facilitators work with program manager to set
up and coordinate group, keep records, and arrange outings. Facilitators
will lead groups matched to the age range they like to work with. Groups
will be matched with culturally and linguistically skilled facilitators.

 Compensation:
This is a contracted position for $15/hour.
All facilitators receive ongoing training, curricula and are supported
by staff to lead groups.
All successful applicants must submit and pass a criminal background
check.
